RETURN ET REFUND POLICY

At LÜMA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank, as posting delays may occur

4. Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item once it is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.


7. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
